Thank you for considering creating for me! I'm ictus on AO3. All of my requests are for fic, however I am open to receiving art treats if there's something here that inspires you.


General Likes: I'm definitely here for the "trick" side of "trick or treat". I love angsty interpersonal dynamics, violence, manipulation, creepy shit and general mindfuck. I'm requesting ships for each fandom, but I'd be just as thrilled with gen fic that explores any of these themes. I love canon-divergent AUs, so feel free to explore the "what if" scenarios that stem directly from canon. I also love non-linear and non-conventional narrative styles so if you feel like getting experimental, I'm here for it!

Smut Likes: Orgasm denial/desperation, breathplay, blindfolds, toys, somnophilia/drugged sex, semi-public sex (alleys, rooftops), restraints, power dynamics, praise kink, biting/marking, exhibitionism/voyeurism, knifeplay, crying due to overstimulation, wax play, sex pollen, scar worship, hatesex, comfort sex. I'm also 100% down with straight-up vanilla sex, so don't feel that you have to include kink! I don't have top/bottom preferences and I like all kinds of sex acts, including non-penetrative sex (oral, fingering, hand jobs, rimming, frottage, intercrural, etc.).

DCU (various media)

Trick or treat: Trick
Fandom-specific DNWs: Jason being involved with Bruce or Dick prior to his death (one-sided attraction is fine), fic based on Lobdell's arcs, mentions of Jason's time as a tentacle monster in Nightwing (1996) #122 (if you don't know, don't ask—it was weird and we don't like to talk about it).

Based on this request, it probably shouldn't come as a surprise that Jason's my favourite character, and the media I've requested are based on arcs where I felt that the depths of his character were explored especially well. I love arcs centred around the period where Jason returns to Gotham following his death, and all the fallout associated with that. In this period, Jason was particularly volatile, and the thing I love most is that his anger comes from a place of hurt and betrayal, so leaning into that aspect is something I'm definitely interested in. In spite of this, the Jason we see here is very cold and calculated, so a fic about him plotting revenge would be amazing. It follows that I'm particularly interested in how Jason's return affects the other Bats, especially Bruce and Dick. Below are some media-specific prompts if you'd like more of a jumping-off point; feel free to blend media and adaptations as you like!

DC Comics (New Earth); Under the Red Hood (2010): Winick's run (including his 2010 adaptation Under the Red Hood) was absolutely exceptional and completely character-defining for Jason. I would be thrilled to receive anything from his Batman: Under the Hood, Lost Days or Green Arrow arcs that deals with the antagonism between Bruce and Jason. There were also some earlier instances of Jason showing up as a manifestation of Bruce's guilt when he was tripping out on fear toxin, so that would be an excellent premise for a fic. Additionally, I loved when Jason showed up in Nightwing (1996) during the Brother's in Blood arc, and exploring how Dick deals with seeing his successor raised back from the dead and full of murderous intent would be incredible.

Arkham Knight (video game): For the record I'm also a fan of the Arkham Knight: Genesis comic but just going off the games is fine. I'd love a fic where Jason's still held captive by the Joker and gradually accepting that Bruce isn't going to save him, or later as he's planning his revenge right up to and including their confrontation. If you want to explore Bruce's POV, I'd love a fic where Bruce gradually pieces together that Jason is the Arkham Knight, and the emotional fallout from that.

Batman: White Knight (comics): I loved this AU and thought it was phenomenally executed. That scene where Bruce realises that Jason was actually alive the whole time was incredible, and the fact that the Joker let Jason go because he knew it would hurt Bruce more... well, that's not insignificant. I'd love a fic that deals with what Jason does with his life after escaping the Joker that explores how Bruce and being Robin impacted him. Another area of interest would be Bruce or Dick searching for Jason and confronting him about why he disappeared, or even how Bruce handles the realisation that Jason is alive but wants nothing to do with him. I will be reading the sequel as it's released, so feel free to draw on elements from Batman: Curse of the White Knight.

Inception (2010)

Requested Characters: Ariadne, Arthur, Eames, Mal, Saito, Yusuf
Ships: Ariadne/Mal, Arthur/Eames—but I give you carte blanche to write any other M/M pairing from my requested characters.

Fandom-specific DNW: Dom POV. It's fine for Dom to appear, but I'm not interested in fic that focuses on him.

I find the premise of this canon to be so incredibly fascinating, and I love that it lends itself so well to elements of manipulation and general mindfuckery. I'd be thrilled with fic that incorporates any of the requested characters and deals with themes of what's real and what isn't, whether through active manipulation by someone else, or just through losing themself in the dream. Other areas of interest for a fic:

• Pre-canon fic: Other than Saito and Ariadne, we don't know how any of the other characters got their start. What was it like the first time they went under? How did they arrive at their chosen role (chemist, forger, etc.)?
• Time-loop: Something goes wrong on the Fischer job, and someone on the team is killed. But when they wake up, they find themselves back on the plane, just about to go under again. It's up to them to correct recurring issues and break out of the time loop.
• Canon-compliant: I would have loved to see more interpersonal moments between the characters as they come together and sort out a plan to break into Fischer's mind. Missing scene fic is my jam, and I would love more scenes with testing out new compounds, building levels, and all the great character moments that come with that.
• Post-canon: Where do these characters go after the Fischer job? How does it impact them? I would love a fic that deals with the emotional toll of such an intense job, and how that impacts their future work—particularly if projections from this job turn up and affect their other jobs, and particularly if that projection is Mal.

Star Trek: Alternate Original Series (Movies)

Requested Characters: Ayel, Nero

The very first time I watched this movie I was struck by how devoted Ayel is to his Captain and his crew. I'm really into that sort of dynamic and would love something exploring how far Ayel would go for Nero. I would be interested in a glimpse into life aboard the Narada, either during canon or pre-canon, where we see the dynamics of these two within the context of working with the crew. World-building regarding Romulan culture and the Star Trek universe is always appreciated. Other areas of interest for a fic:

• I've always found the Romulan tattoos really fascinating, so something involving tattooing or scarification or tattoo/scar worship would be incredible. This is particularly appealing if the tattoos are symbols, perhaps of grief or devotion.
• Role-swap AU where Ayel is the Captain and Nero is his First Officer. How does this change their dynamic? How does it impact the crew?
• Please, just anything where Ayel gets to kill for Nero. Maybe there's a traitor on their ship, someone who wants to kill Nero and take the captaincy for themself, or maybe they're attacked by Klingons—whatever it is, I want Ayel demonstrating his loyalty for Nero through violence and bloodshed, and relishing the opportunity to do so.
• Nero taking out his grief and pain on Ayel through physical violence (and/or rough sex if you choose to write shipfic), and Ayel bearing it because he knows it's what his Captain needs.
